Over the past several months many Arkansas customers have experienced issues with mail service to our payment processing center in Minnesota. Payments often arrive as much as two weeks after being mailed which causes an undo burden on customers and the billing department alike with inappropriate service interruptions.
To hopefully fix this problem once and for all, we have made several test mailings from Arkansas to our main offices in Tennessee. The delivery times on these mailings is much shorter - only a few days at most. Because of this, we are requesting that all payments for AmeriWave services be mailed to the corporate offices at:
