We want to thank
you for your business over the past year, send you wishes for a
fantastic New Year and share some very important news that affects
our customers that do not pay by credit or debit card.
What Happened In
2006
We have accomplished quite a bit over the past year. We upgraded
from a single dial-up number to over 45,000 numbers nationwide to
make it more convenient and less expensive to use our internet
access when you travel. We were able to increase the speed of our
PurSpeed Web Accelerator from 500% to over 1,500%
faster (DSL speeds) than standard dial-up. Best of all, when you
travel, you take it with you! Due to the fact that some of you have
moved or will move to broadband access and want to keep your email
address along with our famous
MailVICE anti-spam solution, we created AmeriWave
Lite that has all of the many features of our Premium dial-up
package accept for the dial-up access. This way you can move to
someone else's broadband and still keep your email with us. We have
received very positive feedback from you for the time and expense we
invested in accomplishing this. Knowing that you appreciate our hard
work makes it all worthwhile.
New For 2007
Due to the fact that we simply do not have the staff or financial
resources to really promote and grow AmeriWave service, we have
decided to sell to a larger company that does have the necessary
resources to take this to the next level. We have been in
negotiations for a while now and it has suddenly all come together
after we sent out invoices for January services. Therefore,
effective today, January 1, 2007, all checks should be sent to the
following address:

If you have already
made January's payments we will forward your payment so your service
will not be interrupted. In the future it will save time and ensure
no interruptions if you mail your check directly to the address
above. However, as we have suggested in the past, everything is
totally automatic and goes much smoother if you pay by credit, debit
or check card (any card with the name of Visa, MasterCard, Discovery
or American Express on it).
Changing Your
Billing Information
If you would like to automate the billing process to ensure no
interruptions and the hassles of writing checks, simply call
AmeriWave at (952) 885-9404 and give them your card information (credit/debit/check card).
If no one is available when you call just leave them a message with
your name and a number where they can reach you. They promised to
will return calls the next business day. And rest assured this is even more secure then writing
checks.
What Will Not
Change
We have been assured that rates will not change and that those of
you that have prepaid for service in the form of quarterly,
semi-annual or annual plans will still receive your service just as
if we still owned AmeriWave.
Also know that I
will still be involved with AmeriWave as an
Affiliate and will be building a personal income
through Affiliate commissions. If you haven't yet signed up as an
affiliate, you should! I know the new owners will be introducing new
products during the first quarter of 2007 and you will be able to
earn free services and commissions checks as I will be doing!
