It has been nearly three months
since we transformed AmeriWave and we wanted to hear from you on how we
are doing. We have heard from many of you, but there are a few of you
that haven't checked your AmeriWave email addresses recently. If you are
among those few that haven't heard from AmeriWave in the past three
months and need assistance with setting up your AmeriWave email on
Outlook, we are staffed and ready to assist you. Just call us at
the Support Plus Team (the toll free number is at the top of every
AmeriWave web page) and we will be happy to assist you in creating a new
email account or showing you how the AmeriWave webmail works. Someone is
there to answer your questions 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
In addition to the AmeriWave
emails (you may create up to 5 addresses in your dial-up account) that
you receive with your dial-up account, every email account includes our
easy to use MailVice software to eliminate email Spam, Phishing and all
of the junk that you never, ever wanted to receive. If you want
more information about our MailVice program, just click the graphic to
the left and we will take you to that information page. From there you
can go directly to the setup wizard to set the spam filters.
We apologize if you have
experienced a delay in our response to your calls. Our staff has been
working hard converting many AmeriWave accounts to auto-payments using
credit and debit cards, but we believe we have handled the majority of
these conversions so our response time is greatly improving.
Even with all of the changes we
have announced, we still hear from some of you looking for invoices in
the mail. Our billing system provides your payment notification through
your AmeriWave email (another reason to start monitoring that address)
so there is no need to mail invoices any longer.
